Das am Südhang nahe der Uferpromenade von Rabac gelegene, original erhaltene Einfamilienhaus der Architektenfamilie Rocco aus den 70ern wird saniert und ein Geschoß aufgestockt.

Die Architekturtypologie mit Dachform, Neigung, Material und Farbe wird beibehalten und im Kontext zur Nachbarschaft weiterentwickelt.

Das neue Penthouse ist direkt von außen über einen zusätzlichen Eingang im Bereich der bestehenden nordseitigen Pergola erschlossen.
Alle Wohneinheiten haben großzügige Terrassen und einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die umliegende Meeres- und Küstenlandschaft.

Renovation and Refurbishment of House by the Sea I in Planning

The original detached house, designed by the Rocco family of architects and located on a south-facing slope near the Rabac waterfront promenade, is being renovated and will have an additional story added.

The architectural typology, including roof shape, pitch, materials, and color, will be retained and further developed in the context of the neighborhood.

The new penthouse will have direct external access via an additional entrance located within the existing north-facing pergola.
All apartments feature spacious terraces and breathtaking views of the sea and coastal landscape.
